Tosca is our lively giggly girl. She laughs often and you can take her out of a cry (almost always) by playing peek-a-boo.
Here's a video of her uncontrollable giggles. Apparently I couldn't stop laughing too as I was filming.
This one will go into my file of watch-this-when-you-are-feeling-down file. It will always make me laugh.
